Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) a paraprofessional who supports clinical staff in providing mental health services. QMHAs assist with client engagement, monitoring, and basic therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Case Managers coordinate care, connect clients to resources, facilitate appointments, and provide ongoing support to promote treatment adherence and overall well-being. While they do not provide independent clinical diagnoses or therapy, their role is essential in ensuring continuity of care and addressing clients’ practical and psychosocial needs.
